Registration fees

The registration fees are as follows (in Australian dollars):

Early Bird (until 4th November) Standard
Regular $325 $385
CMSA Life Member $300 $360
Unwaged $150 $180

Which registration type?

The Unwaged registration is for those who are not earning a full wage, including all students, retirees, and the unemployed.

There is a AUD$25 reduction in the price of registration for Life Members of the CMSA (Combinatorial Mathematics Society of Australasia) who are not unwaged. (Unwaged life members of the CMSA should choose the Unwaged registration type, which is already heavily discounted.)

CMSA membership for one year?

If you are not already a CMSA life member you have the option of becoming a member of the CMSA for 1 year when you register for the conference. This one year membership is included in the registration for all attendees at the conference. Membership means you will be emailed our newsletter a couple of times per year, and is something you can put on your CV. It also helps us to claim that we represent the combinatorics community.

You can opt out of this one-year membership by checking a box in the form below.

The excursion will be a cruise down the Swan River from Perth to the historic port city of Fremantle, with enough time for a short sightseeing walk in Fremantle, before returning to Perth. Those who want to stay longer in Fremantle (for drinks, dinner or more extended sightseeing) may disembark in Fremantle and return by bus at their own leisure.

When you are paying the registration fee (via the “shopping cart”), you will also be able to order

  • extra tickets to the conference dinner (AUD $90, including GST),
  • tickets to the excursion (AUD $40, including GST).

One conference dinner ticket is included with registration.

Problems with registration form?

Please make sure you choose the correct registration type by clicking on the correct button (Regular, Unwaged, CMSA life member). If the wrong registration type or price is shown on the second registration screen, do not press Confirm! Instead, clear your browser history and restart your browser.

If you experience any other problems with the registration form, please contact us.

Fill out the following form to register for the 37ACCMCC.

  • If you have any dietary requirements or other things we need to know, please fill them in under “Any other comments”.
  • If you need a letter of invitation for a visa application, then please make sure you indicate this in the comments section. However, please note that we can only send such letters to a university department or a university email address. For all delegates not affiliated with a university (e.g. working in industry, retired, teacher etc), we are required to demonstrate that the proposed delegate has a genuine scholarly interest in combinatorial mathematics. Ideally, this scholarly interest should be evidenced by the existence of written work on combinatorial mathematics, even if not published in academic journals (e.g. websites, school magazines, “pop science” outlets) or by personal testimonial from a suitably senior and well-known member of a national or international combinatorics or pure mathematics society (such as the CMSA).

Just the title of your talk
